UKG eyes regional growth after unveiling new MD in Asia Pacific

UKG has appointed Paul Broughton as Managing Director, Asia Pacific. His primary focus in this role will be on driving continued growth across the region from Australia and New Zealand to Southeast Asia, India and Japan.

Broughton brings more than 15 years’ relevant experience in the talent management space with Cornerstone OnDemand, where he was most recently Senior Vice President & Managing Director – Asia Pacific and Japan.
