Challenges

Winning Group required a solution to efficiently manage their complex, growing workforce. Their legacy time and attendance system, which incorporated over 400 work rules, has placed heavy administrative burdens on HR and Payroll teams. Without a centralised source of truth to streamline all employee information, there was no reliable way to track data, measure trends, or set up automated reports to monitor compliance. 

Solutions

Winning Group enhanced its Award-based and Individual Flexibility Agreements (IFA) by implementing the UKG Ready Time and Attendance and HR modules. This initiative reduced the number of work rules from 400 to 22. By standardising contracts with rule numbers and integrating them into their system, the process became more structured, transparent and efficient.

Recognising the immediate benefits, UKG Ready solution was deployed across all entities including Winning Appliances, Andoo, Appliances Online, Home Clearances, Winning Services and Ora.
