A food manufacturing and distribution company, Lipari Foods, delivers items six days a week from its central distribution centre in Warren, Michigan, to 8,000 customers in 25 states along the East Coast and into the Midwest. As Lipari Foods looked to double the number of states where it does business, the company wanted to improve its human capital management (HCM) processes and ensure compliance with regulations in each state. To meet these challenges, the company turned to the UKG Ready™ solution.
