Challenges
In 2022, management of the brand-new Sunshine Private Hospital began looking for a workforce management and HRIS partner so that they could set up their processes and systems correctly from their early days and avoid all the issues that come with having manual processes in place for areas such as rostering and recruiting. They were eager to create a good first impression for the onboarding of their new employees, given that they are all starting fresh and onboarding a significant amount of employees at one time.
